Keep Appreciating Truck Drivers

Keep Appreciating Truck Drivers

National Truck Driver Appreciation Week is behind us, and we had a fun time thanking drivers in person and on social media! For me personally, it is always my favorite week of the year at C.H. Robinson. In my almost 10 years at C.H. Robinson, I’ve almost always been focused on carrier relationships. Which is why I think it’s important to show my appreciation for drivers not only for one week a year, but all year long. My dad is a truck driver, so I know firsthand the hard work he dedicates to his job every day.

Anyway, in order to keep showing my appreciation, I wanted to share some of the highlights from social media during Truck Driver Appreciation Week:

Next time you are at a truck stop, say thanks to a driver with a cup of coffee. Or request a free audiobook download for the driver of your choice by emailing drivingproud@chrobinson.com—just reference this blog in your email. A simple gesture can make someone’s day, especially if they are waiting for their hours to restart. How do you show your appreciation for truck drivers? Leave your comments below.
