Father’s Day is this weekend, which means it’s time to recognize the influence that fathers and father figures have on our lives. For many, fathers are coaches, mentors, motivators, and number-one fans. They not only teach us how to tie our shoes and ride a bike, they instill within us values that we carry for the rest of our lives.

On this Father’s Day, we want to recognize all the dads in the transportation industry. Your continued dedication and hard work are greatly appreciated, and we hope that you are able to spend time with your family this Father’s Day. Whether you grill out, go to a baseball game, or just spend time with loved ones, it’s important to take time to celebrate you as well as any father figures in your life.

The transportation industry can be demanding, and it may require non-traditional working hours. For this reason, dads in transportation sometimes miss out on special family moments. If you’re on the road this weekend, or cannot be with your family for other reasons, we encourage you to take special time to celebrate the hard work you do—not only for the industry, but for your family too.

Again, Happy Father’s Day to all the dad’s out there! We appreciate you more than you know.
