Robert “Bob” Biesterfeld is the Chief Executive Officer for C.H. Robinson. With 20 years of experience, Bob has developed a deep passion for supply chain and logistics. His strategic vision and operational direction have been the driving force behind the company’s digital transformation efforts, accelerating the pace of innovation and technology deployment across the company’s platform. Prior to becoming CEO, Bob held the positions of COO, president of North American Surface Transportation, vice president of Truckload, and vice president of Robinson Fresh. He began his career with Robinson Fresh in 1999. Bob serves on the Board of Directors for the Transportation Intermediaries Association (TIA), and as a trustee of the Winona State University Foundation. He graduated from Winona State University with a Bachelor of Arts.

C.H. Robinson Foundation Scholarship: Funding Educations to Build Better Futures

For the fourth year in a row, the C.H. Robinson Foundation Scholarship Program for Truckload Contract Carriers will award up to 10-$2,500 college scholarships. The program is open to contract carrier employees—with a minimum of one year employment with their respective company—or eligible children of employees at eligible C.H. Robinson contract carriers. This program is just one of the ways we recognize the hard work and dedication our contract carriers deliver every day on the job.

2015 C.H. Robinson Scholarship Recipients Announced
